My thoughts and prayers are on my people in Jamaica. Stay safe and please take Hurricane Dean seriously.

We appreciate all prayers.
I am praying myself for the safety of all and for minimal damages. I was just reading a page that gives me a glimmer of hope, remembering how Ivan took a sudden, unexplained turn.

At the time of writing this, there is also an indication that the hurricane is trending southward, which would see the eye not passing over Jamaica, but, as we all know, it’s too early to tell.
Let’s pray for a miracle AGAIN.

Dean has moved on and thank God the worst is over.
It is wonderful to see participants from both parties working together to get the country moving again. That is nation building at work. That is the Jamaica I remember!
